Imagine you are in one of your favorable places.
Close your eyes and breathe a little more slowly than normal.
Bring your focus behind your eyes.
Place your hands palms upward with thumb and ring finger touching.
Allow your body to relax.
Open your eyes and look at the pleasing picture on the wall in front of you.
Close your eyes again and as you do so allow your body to relax even more.
Draw your attention to the skin on your face and your neck.
Feel your smile
Imagine yourself youth-full, relaxed, full of energy and vibrant.
and make it real.
Every cell in your skin is smiling. Feel that smile. Breathe in the energy, and breathe out youthfulness through every pore of your skin.
Do this for 2 more minutes.
Now when you are ready, slowly open your eyes and look again at the pleasant picture on the wall in front of you.
